Burt's Bees community management

As Burt's Bees community manager my aim was to write interesting updates that would encourage fans to engage. Unlike in the US, Burt's Bees were relatively unknown in the UK. They regularly promote special offers to their fans through the page, and it's a great way for customers to ask those all important questions like "What happened to your tomato moisturiser?".
