Each fortnight glue sends RBS and Natwest a personalized newsletter to keep them up to date on all things glue. Here is an example of the article I write on the new technology they should know about.

glue Isobar sends a regular newsletter out to clients and other interested parties. Each month a gluer writes about a new discovery for the "glue loves" column. This month I wrote about the Hoxton Monster supply store. Since writing this article I have become a volunteer here at the story writing workshops.

Burt's Bees community management

As Burt's Bees community manager my aim was to write interesting updates that would encourage fans to engage. Unlike in the US, Burt's Bees were relatively unknown in the UK. They regularly promote special offers to their fans through the page, and it's a great way for customers to ask those all important questions like "What happened to your tomato moisturiser?".
